I’m a California girl who grew up next to the beaches of Orange County, where puka shell necklaces were once the must-have accessory. I wasn’t about to be the only kid without one — but I didn’t just want to wear one, I wanted to make it. From the moment I strung those first shells, I was hooked. I found myself captivated by the process of working with my hands, and soon became a regular at local bead shops, spending countless hours creating jewelry. That’s where my lifelong love affair with design truly began.
I later refined my craft by studying Metals and Jewelry at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Straight out of college, I was recruited by a major fashion house in New York City. This warm-blooded California girl spent three years braving the East Coast winters while finding my niche in the fashion industry.
Eventually, I returned to the West Coast and joined a celebrity licensing company, where I gained firsthand experience in mass-market production and built long-standing relationships with overseas manufacturers. I quickly rose through the ranks to become Manager of Design and Product Development, overseeing a team that developed 12 major celebrity brands.
Armed with that experience and a deep passion for the craft, I launched Colmar H Consulting 14 years ago — and haven’t looked back since. Built with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of love, the company now averages over $3 million in annual revenue. I’m incredibly proud of what we've created and endlessly grateful for the trust of my amazing clients.
Jewelry is more than just adornment — it’s a form of self-expression. Every day, I feel honored to help people create and wear pieces that reflect who they truly are.
